Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ccc66 platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ccc66 (the "Platform") with respect to your use of all ccc66 services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ccc66 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms will be deemed full acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall take precedence and be treated as the authoritative text.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on the ccc66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. ccc66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, and during periodic account reviews.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ccc66 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be closed immediately, and any funds in the account may be forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your specific location, you are responsible for seeking independent legal advice before registering.
• Single Account: You may register only one account per person. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. ccc66 will rely on the information you provide for account verification and payment processing.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on ccc66 or any affiliated platform. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register are in breach of these terms.
• Personal Use Only: Your ccc66 account must be used solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, including a family member, is not permitted.

Section 3

Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of ccc66 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing transactions — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile number, a secure password, and personal identification details as requested. All fields marked as required during registration must be completed accurately.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. ccc66 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (SMS OTP) on your account as an additional layer of protection. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

1. You must notify ccc66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
2. ccc66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Account usernames may not impersonate ccc66 staff, other players, or any public figure. ccc66 reserves the right to change any username deemed inappropriate without prior notice.
4. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided.
5. ccc66 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any point. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ccc66 platform — deposits into your gaming wallet and withdrawals to your nominated payment method — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ccc66 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following payment methods are currently supported for players in Bangladesh.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified under your account name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ccc66 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security measure and is not punitive.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• ccc66 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, over which ccc66 has no control.
• Any funds suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse will be frozen pending investigation. ccc66 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where required.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ccc66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and the BPL and IPL cricket seasons. The specific terms and conditions — including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution rates, and expiry dates — are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of this agreement.

1. Bonuses are credited at ccc66's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. The availability of a bonus in the past does not guarantee its future availability.
2. Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
3. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
4. ccc66 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting technical errors.
5. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit unless otherwise specified. Winnings above that limit will be forfeited.
6. All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated wagering balances will be removed from the player's account automatically.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the ccc66 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

All slot games, virtual table games, and crash games on ccc66 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. ccc66 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so given the RNG architecture employed by our studio partners.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the outcome of any affected round will be void and any wager placed will be returned to the player's wallet.

• ccc66 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, or that was placed during a period of incorrect odds due to a system error.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the ccc66 platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ccc66 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any wallet balance or bonus funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where the conduct in question may constitute a criminal offence.

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment credentials to fund a ccc66 account.
2. Money Laundering: Using the ccc66 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ccc66 maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity where required.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
4. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in ways that are inconsistent with the spirit of those offers, including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts to guarantee bonus extraction.
5. Use of Automated Tools: Employing any bot, script, macro, or automated betting system to interact with the ccc66 platform in a manner not available to a standard human user.
6. Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the ccc66 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.
7. Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate ccc66 deposit.
8. System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage. Players who identify such issues are encouraged to report them to support immediately.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The ccc66 platform and all services it provides are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ccc66 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform remains available, accurate, and free from errors, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ccc66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from account compromise due to your failure to maintain password security; losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond ccc66's reasonable control; or losses arising from a player's decision to rely on incomplete or inaccurate information displayed due to a data feed delay.

• ccc66 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise as a result of winnings from the platform. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
• ccc66 is not liable for losses arising from a player's decision to continue playing after becoming aware of a technical error or pricing discrepancy.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude ccc66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.

Section 9

Termination & Suspension

ccc66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if ccc66 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, the safety of other players, or ccc66's legal and regulatory obligations.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time. Requests for account closure should be directed to [email protected]. Upon account closure by the player: any real-money balance remaining in the wallet will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending bonus wagering requirements have been assessed; any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be voided.

1. In cases where account closure is initiated by ccc66 as a result of a breach of these terms, ccc66 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
2. Players who have been permanently closed for abuse or fraud are prohibited from re-registering under any other name or identity. Attempts to circumvent a permanent closure will be treated as a further breach and reported to relevant authorities.
3. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded via our Responsible Gaming tools may request reactivation after the agreed exclusion period has fully elapsed. Early reactivation requests will not be honoured.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

ccc66 may update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to our product offering, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, improvements to platform security, or adjustments to our payment processing arrangements. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Where a change to these terms is considered material — meaning it substantially alters a player's rights or obligations — ccc66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account prior to the change taking effect. For minor administrative or clarificatory changes, no prior notification is required and the updated terms take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the ccc66 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the revised terms take effect.
